Job Responsibilities
Measure, cut, and install interior trim, molding, doors, windows, cabinetry, staircases, and custom woodwork
Read and interpret blueprints and project plans
Ensure all finish work meets high-quality standards and client specifications
Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
Communicate effectively with project managers, team members, and homeowners
Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently
Assist in planning material take-offs and timelines
Requirements
7+ years of finish carpentry experience
Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
Highly organized
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Basic tools required (specialty tools provided if needed)
Must be punctual, professional, and dependable
Nice to Have
Experience with framing, cabinetry or custom built-ins
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
OSHA 10 or 30 Certification
