Responsibilities:
Primary responsibilities in this role will be to ensure that commercial construction projects strictly comply with architectural plans, regulations, quality standards, and safety protocols.
- Site Inspections & Code Compliance: Perform regular on-site inspections to confirm work aligns with approved construction plans, architectural drawings, and building codes
- Plan Review & Interpretation: Analyze architectural drawings, specifications, and technical documentation to anticipate compliance or constructability issues
- Quality Assurance & Materials Verification: Check materials, inspect workmanship, and, when necessary, conduct or coordinate materials testing to verify compliance
- Reporting & Documentation: Prepare comprehensive inspection reports noting any deviations, pricing, safety concerns, or non-compliance; issue warnings when needed
- Issue Resolution & Coordination: Collaborate with architects, contractors, project managers, and engineers to resolve deficiencies, implement corrective actions, and maintain open communication
- Follow???Up & Verification: Reinspect resolved items to verify corrective measures are properly implemented
- Stay Updated on Codes & Best Practices: Maintain current knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, safety standards, and construction best practices
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor???s degree in architecture, civil engineering, construction management highly preferred
- At least 7 years of construction inspection or related experience REQUIRED
- Experience in architectural, engineering, electrical, or mechanical field experience
- Advanced knowledge in reading and interpreting architectural and engineering drawings
- Experience with inspection tools (levels, testers) and construction documentation softwares
- Valid driver's license
