MIG Welder
Key Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG welding on structural components per specifications and blueprints.
• Inspect completed welds for structural integrity and appearance.
• Use grinders, clamps, fixtures, and other tools to prepare materials for welding.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and welding symbols.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure quality and efficiency.

• Prior experience with MIG structural welding.
• Previous welding certification is preferred (not required, but highly valued).
• Ability to pass our in-house weld test during the interview process.
• Familiarity with HVAC component manufacturing is a plus.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
