MIG Welder
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform MIG welding on structural components per specifications and blueprints.
- Inspect completed welds for structural integrity and appearance.
- Use grinders, clamps, fixtures, and other tools to prepare materials for welding.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and welding symbols.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
- Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Prior experience with MIG structural welding.
- Previous welding certification is preferred (not required, but highly valued).
- Ability to pass our in-house weld test during the interview process.
- Familiarity with HVAC component manufacturing is a plus.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
