Welding & Fabrication Helper**
Pay:$20.00 per hour
Schedule:
+ Monday to Friday: 5:30 PM 11:45 PM
+ One extended day per week: 1:15 PM 11:45 PM
+ Pay Frequency: Weekly
+ Benefits: Offered
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Assist welders and fabricators with daily shop tasks
+ Perform grinding, cutting, and prepping of metal materials
+ Load and unload parts onto fabrication racks
+ Read and interpret tape measurements and basic shop drawings
+ Conduct visual quality checks on fabricated parts
+ Pack and prepare finished metal components for shipping
**Requirements:**
+ Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks
+ Comfortable working in a metal shop or fabrication environment
+ Basic knowledge of hand tools and measurement tools (tape measure required)
+ Dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious
+ Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced welders
