### **Position Overview:**
Crave Alaska Cabins LLC is seeking skilled and detail-oriented **Finish Carpenters** to join our construction team. This role involves completing high-quality interior and exterior finish work in custom-built cabins. Youll be responsible for precision work that enhances both the function and appearance of each project, ensuring that every detail meets our craftsmanship standards.

### **Key Responsibilities:**
- Install interior trim, molding, baseboards, doors, and windows with accuracy.
- Build and install custom cabinetry, shelves, staircases, and other wood components.
- Perform precise measurements, cuts, and fitting using hand and power tools.
- Inspect finished work to ensure quality, alignment, and specifications.
- Collaborate with project managers and other trades to meet project timelines.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site.
- Follow building codes, regulations, and safety procedures.

### **Requirements:**
- Minimum [3+] years of experience as a Finish Carpenter or in a similar role.
- Proficiency with woodworking tools, materials, and techniques.
- Strong understanding of construction drawings and finish schedules.
- Keen eye for detail and high standard for craftsmanship.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the day.
- Reliable transportation and valid drivers license.
- Must be punctual, professional, and team-oriented.

### **Preferred Qualifications:**
- Experience with cabin or residential construction in Alaska or remote builds.
- Knowledge of moisture and climate impacts on materials.
- OSHA certification or other safety training a plus.

- Flexible schedule depending on project needs.
- Must be willing to work overtime as needed.
