Lead Carpenter

Job consist of remodels of old modular housing units. There will also be building maintenance to our North Slope permanent buildings.
Experience required:
Ability to think on your own.
Ability to solve problems.
Ability to direct and teach others.
Ability to lift heavy loads and work 12 hour shifts.
All aspects of carpentry from framing, insulation, drywall, doors, flooring, cabinets, and trim.
Able to wire and trace circuits
Plumbing experience with ABS, PVC, PEX and plumbing trim out.
Exterior experience in EPDM roofing metal siding and windows.
