Qualifications and responsibilities for this Civil Construction Estimator position include: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or 10+ years of civil construction experience Experience estimating for Underground Utilities, Asphalt, Paving and Milling, and Municipal Contracts Proficiency in HCSS software; familiarity with PlanSwift and Agtek is a plus Prepare and submit detailed and accurate estimates on time, including quantity take-offs and pricing Review drawings and specs to determine scope, schedule, and budget Communicate with subcontractors and suppliers, organize and evaluate quotes Collaborate with internal project teams during all estimating phases Analyze bid versus actual cost data to improve estimating accuracy Salary: $90,000 - $125,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Civil Construction Estimator position include:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or 10+ years of civil construction experience

Experience estimating for Underground Utilities, Asphalt, Paving and Milling, and Municipal Contracts

Proficiency in HCSS software; familiarity with PlanSwift and Agtek is a plus
