Transmission & Distribution (T&D) Superintendent
Location: Springfield, OH
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee field operations to ensure safe, timely, and profitable project completion.
Plan and supervise construction activities, ensuring subcontractor compliance with schedules.
Manage high voltage transmission lines, substation equipment, and related construction tasks.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and subcontractors.
Ensure project safety by reviewing site-specific safety documentation regularly.
Document construction progress with daily field reports and photos.
Skills Required:
Bachelor's degree with 7 years of experience, Associate's degree with 9 years, or High School Diploma/GED with 11 years in T&D project management or craft supervision.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong safety background.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Valid driver's license meeting company requirements.
