Commercial HVAC Technician $25-35/hr (Weekly Pay)**
**Job Description**
We are seeking skilled Commercial HVAC Technicians to join our team. You will be responsible for servicing HVAC equipment in commercial or light industrial settings. A company vehicle will be provided for your convenience.
**Responsibilities**
+ Install and service commercial and industrial HVAC systems.
+ Troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctions with HVAC and building automation systems.
+ Repair issues efficiently and effectively.
+ Read and interpret blueprints during new build projects.
+ Interact with clients and subcontractors on a daily basis.
**Essential Skills**
+ Minimum of 3 years of HVAC service and installation experience, with a strong preference for commercial experience.
+ Experience diagnosing and working on centrifugal chillers, split systems, boilers, pumps, air handler units, piping, heat exchangers, and associated equipment.
+ Proficiency with commercial rooftop units, boilers, and chillers.
+ Experience with building automation systems (BAS).
+ Ability to braze copper and fuse plastic piping.
+ EPA Universal Certification.
+ Comfortability in client-facing roles and servicing client sites.
