Welder/Fabricator

We’re looking for an experienced Railing Welder/Fabricator to join our team! This role requires hands-on expertise in MIG, TIG, and Flux Core welding, along with the ability to read blueprints and perform precise layout work for custom railing systems.

Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret drawings for railing fabrication
  
  
• Perform accurate layouts and measurements
  
  
• Weld and assemble railings using MIG, TIG, or Flux Core techniques
  
  
• Cut, grind, and prep metal materials (steel, aluminum, stainless)
  
  
• Conduct in-process quality checks and ensure dimensional accuracy
  
  

Qualifications:

• 3–4 years of welding and fabrication experience
  
  
• Strong layout skills and ability to read blueprints
  
  
• Proficient with shop tools and fabrication equipment
  
  
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality work

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and technical specifications for railing systems
  
  
• Perform accurate layout of components based on design drawings and field measurements
  
  
• Cut, grind, and prepare metal materials (steel, aluminum, stainless) for welding and fabrication
  
  
• Weld components using MIG, TIG, and/or Flux Core techniques to meet project requirements
  
  
• Fabricate and assemble railing systems including posts, pickets, handrails, and custom fittings
  
  
• Ensure all fabricated pieces meet dimensional tolerances and quality standards
  
  
• Conduct quality checks throughout the fabrication process to verify accuracy and fit
  
  
• Operate fabrication tools such as saws, shears, brakes, and rollers
  
  
• Collaborate with shop team or installers to ensure seamless handoff or installation
  
  
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with safety regulations
