Full Time Assistant Superintendent/Handyman

Real Estate Managing Company seeking a Full-time Assistant Superintendent who is experienced in all phases of repair and maintenance including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, and carpentry, painting and spackling.

Requirements:
Must live locally.
Must be able to work well with others.
Must have a valid NJ Drivers License.
Must be fluent in English.
