TIG Welder***26-28/hr**** Job Description Join our dynamic team as a Die Maintenance Technician, where you will work in the die repair department focusing on spot welds and repairs of industrial dies. Your expertise in TIG and Stick welding will be crucial, as well as your skills in mechanical repair, troubleshooting, and participating in a preventative maintenance program. Occasionally, you may also support our brazing department as needed. Responsibilities Conduct spot welds and repairs on industrial dies using TIG and Stick welding techniques. Perform mechanical repairs and troubleshooting on machinery. Participate in the preventative maintenance program for all machinery. Assist in the brazing department as needed. Essential Skills 2+ years of TIG Welding experience, preferably on steel. Experience with hand and power tools. Skills in mechanical troubleshooting and/or assembly. Additional Skills & Qualifications Die maintenance and repair experience. Familiarity with maintenance technician duties. Why Work Here? Work Environment We offer two shifts to suit your lifestyle: 3rd shift from Sunday to Thursday, 7:30 pm to 4:15 am, and 1st shift from Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 4:15 pm. Our facility is equipped with the latest technology, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Fairfield, Ohio. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $49000.00 - $60000.00/yr. Full company benefits are made eligible day 1 as a permanent employee including health, vision, dental, and 401k match.
