Job Title: Project Manager

Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee complex projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will excel in managing cross-functional teams, delivering projects on time and within budget, and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.

Manage and oversee all aspects of assigned projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.

Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.

Communicate project progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders and management.

Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams, including engineers (mechanical, electrical, software), manufacturing and other departments.

Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring project objectives are met.

Utilize project management tools and methodologies to ensure efficient workflow.

Assist with technical proposals, including scope, cost estimates, and timelines.

Maintain alignment with company objectives and compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all phases of projects including planning, execution, and delivery
  • Create and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource plans
  • Communicate progress, risks, and updates to stakeholders and leadership
  • Lead teams across engineering, manufacturing, and support functions
  • Identify and resolve project issues quickly and effectively
  • Support technical proposals with scope, cost, and schedule input
  • Ensure projects meet company standards and industry requirements

Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of project management experience, ideally in automation or manufacturing
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, and other Office tools
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Familiar with ERP systems and managing Bills of Materials (BOMs)
  • PMP certification or equivalent is a plus
  • Experience with Visual Basic or VBA is a plus

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $110000.00/hr.
