Schedule: Can work full-time Mon- Friday OR Choose one of the following work rotations from 6:30 am - 3 pm:

Monday, Wednesday, Friday

Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday

Job Description:
We are seeking skilled and dependable general laborers to join our residential construction team. This is hands-on work, helping build a private home from the ground up. Candidates must have experience with framing and slabs, be comfortable operating construction equipment, and work well in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with framing, slab work, and general construction tasks

Operate backhoe and forklift safely and efficiently

Level ground and assist with site grading

Follow instructions from the site lead and work collaboratively with others

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site

Arrive on time and ready to work

Requirements:
Knowledge of framing, slab work, and ground leveling

Experience operating a backhoe and forklift

Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors

Must be drug- and alcohol-free on the job

Must be reliable, on time, and able to follow directions

Own transportation to the job site is required
