Frame General Superintendent

Full Time / 3-month probation period

Local construction company seeking a General Superintendent with a strong background in the Framing trade. Some of the job duties include supervising superintendents and foreman, overseeing all jobsites and assumes responsibility for the daily field operations such as scheduling, implementing policies and building a rapport with builders.
Qualified candidates must possess the following skills and abilities:
-Must have 5+ as a General Super years experience
-Expert knowledge working with Blueprints and Hardware & Lumber take-offs
-Proficient in MS Office such as Excel, Word and Outlook.
-Knowledge of building products, construction details, relevant rules/regulations and quality standards in the construction industry.
-Organizational and prioritization skills that can effectively and efficiently handle meetings, multi-tasking calls, emails and scheduling.
