This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a Machine Operator-Metal Fabrication in Littlestown, PA with Signify ( 5am to 3pm Monday to Thursday, OT as needed ).

• Operate Drill Press/Saws/grinding tools/Sheers and punch and rivet machines according to blueprint

• Develop and fabricate tooling for the Metal Fabrication Department

• Set up and operate metal working equipment

• Work from drawings and written or verbal instructions

• Check parts against drawing for accuracy; inspect all work of lower grade employees

• Cut and grind glass and acrylic

• Design and construct jigs and fixtures

• Use blast equipment

While we value and appreciate all applicants, we believe that the following experience and skills will be needed to shine brightly in this job opening:

• High school diploma or GED preferred

• 1+ years experience working in a machine shop in a manufacturing environment

• Knowledge of proper use of basic measuring tools (tape measure, protractor, calipers, etc)

• Experience reading/working from drawings and blueprints

• Ability to read, write and speak English

• Ability to physically move materials weighing up to 40 lbs
