Handy Man Needed - Apartment Turnovers

We're looking for a reliable and skilled handyman to help us with the turnover of vacant apartments. This is a great opportunity for someone who is a jack-of-all-trades and takes pride in their work and is light on work and looking for a temporary job.

Responsibilities:

Painting: Prepare and paint apartment walls and trim.

Flooring: Install new flooring, including LVP, laminate, and carpet.

Carpentry: Handle light carpentry tasks such as repairing baseboards, trim, and cabinets.

General: Perform various repair tasks, including patching drywall, replacing light fixtures, fixing leaky faucets, and other general items that come up in apartment turnover.

Cleaning: Ensure the apartment is left in a clean and show-ready condition.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of general maintenance and repair techniques.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Own reliable transportation and a complete set of tools.

A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality work.
