Superintendent/Construction mgr

Must Have's

• Oversee 13 active construction projects at a time, varying in size and complexity (usually between 20 Million-220 Million) , with a focus on ground-up educational K-12 OR Healtcare OR Warehouse OR Data centers OR Large Mixed use. RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION EXP IS NOT A FIT!
• 5-10 years exp working on Large projects 20Million dollars plus
