Commercial Handyman

Handyman / Service Tech for commercial buildings. Mostly overnight hours, occasional weekend service for emergencies. Need valid drivers license, basic hand tools & cordless drill. Organizations skills are a must. Some exterior (weather dependent), mostly interior. Involves repairs for drywall, FRP, painting & stain, drop ceilings, floor tiles, doors & hardware, fixture changes & troubleshooting.
