Union Shop - Night Shift TIG Welder

We are seeking a Certified Welder from an accredited welding school who takes pride in producing high-quality work. This full-time, unionized night shift role offers competitive pay, great benefits, and opportunities to grow your skills in a supportive, professional environment.

What We're Looking For:

• Proof of completion from an accredited welding program.

• Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding (SUB ARC experience is a plus).

• Knowledge of ASME/Military codes is highly desirable.

• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and weld procedures.

• Willingness to work 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM, Sunday through Thursday, and occasional overtime.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform welding operations to exact specifications, ensuring quality and precision.

• Read and follow blueprints and weld procedures accurately.

• Conduct work in compliance with safety and quality standards.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.

• Pay: $26.68/hour plus $1/hour shift differential for night hours.
