Civil Construction Superintendent – Wisconsin $100,000 – $110,000 starting salary + full benefits

GPAC has partnered with a well-established civil construction company in Wisconsin to find an experienced Civil Construction Superintendent to join their team. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives on keeping projects on track, teams motivated, and work delivered to the highest standards.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead daily field operations for civil construction projects (roadways, utilities, sitework, etc.)

• Coordinate crews, subcontractors, and equipment to meet schedule and budget goals

• Monitor work for quality, safety, and compliance with plans/specifications

• Maintain strong communication with project managers, clients, and inspectors

• Track production quantities, prepare daily reports, and address field challenges quickly

• Ensure a safe work environment by enforcing OSHA and company safety policies

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of superintendent or foreman experience in heavy civil construction

• Strong knowledge of sitework, earthwork, paving, and utility installation

• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple crews

• Ability to read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications

• OSHA 30 certification preferred
