Overview

We are seeking a skilled and driven Construction Superintendent to oversee commercial construction projects from start to finish. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to safety and quality. The ideal candidate will have experience managing ground-up and tenant improvement projects, coordinating teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and oversee construction projects to meet deadlines and budget constraints
  • Develop and manage project timelines, coordinating with internal teams and subcontractors
  • Supervise site activities, materials, and methods to ensure compliance with specifications
  • Interpret architectural and engineering drawings to guide construction execution
  • Enforce safety standards and maintain a safe work environment
  • Monitor work to ensure it meets required standards and specifications
  • Use tools like AutoCAD, Procore, Bluebeam, BIM, and MS Project for documentation and project tracking
  • Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services

Required Skills

  • Superintendent experience in commercial construction
  • Strong knowledge of construction management and supervision
  • Proficiency with Procore, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and construction scheduling tools
  • Expertise in blueprint reading, RFIs, change orders, and site development
  • Familiarity with OSHA standards and construction safety protocols

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $52.00/hr.
