As we expand our team, we are seeking an experienced Plumbing Superintendent to oversee field operations on new construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee all phases of plumbing installation for multifamily and commercial ground-up projects.
Coordinate manpower, materials, tools, and equipment to meet project schedules and budgets.
Manage and supervise field crews, subcontractors, and vendors.
Review blueprints, specifications, and shop drawings to ensure accurate installations.
Enforce safety policies and maintain OSHA compliance on the job site.
Conduct daily site walkthroughs and inspections to maintain quality and resolve issues.
Communicate with project managers, GCs, inspectors, and other trades.
Maintain detailed documentation, including daily logs, progress photos, and punch lists.
Lead project meetings, schedule inspections, and coordinate project close-out.

Qualifications
Minimum 10 years' experience as a Plumbing Superintendent on multifamily or commercial new construction projects.
In-depth knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and installation best practices.
Experience managing ground-up projects valued at $5M+.
Familiarity with project management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar).
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to read and interpret construction documents and plumbing plans.
OSHA 30 Certification preferred (or ability to obtain).
Journeyman or Master Plumber license a plus.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70.00 - $95,000.00 per year
