Window Installer ($17HR)

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Window Installer to join our client in the modular home manufacturing industry. The Window Installer will be responsible for measuring, handling, and installing windows according to specifications. Duties include preparing openings, installing new units, sealing and insulating frames, and ensuring proper fit and finish. The installer must follow safety protocols and deliver high-quality workmanship.

Pay Rate: $17HR
Location: Medley, FL 33178
Schedule: 7AM - 5:30 PM, Monday - Thursday
Job Title: Window Installer

Key Responsibilities:
Install windows in accordance with company and industry standards.
Measure and cut materials to fit designated openings accurately.
Operate power tools and hand tools to assemble and secure windows.
Inspect and test installed windows to ensure proper alignment, sealing, and functionality.
Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Identify and report any defects or issues with materials or finished products.
Load and unload windows and related materials as needed.
Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical specifications.
Assist with warehouse tasks and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in window installation or a similar role in construction or manufacturing.
Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and measurements.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (50+ lbs) and work in physically demanding conditions.
Knowledge of workplace safety standards and OSHA regulations.
Reliable work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
