Position Overview:

Were currently hiring a full-time Afternoon Shift Painter (Hooks & Eyes) at our production facility. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone whos reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a well-established manufacturing team.

Wage:

$22/hour to start
$23/hour after successful completion of 3-month probation

Shift Schedule:

Monday to Thursday, 3:00 PM 1:00 AM
Initial 2-week training on day shift: 7:00 AM 3:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

Hang and remove hooks and eyes on the paint line
Prepare components for painting and finishing
Operate paint line equipment safely and efficiently
Perform visual quality checks for consistency and finish
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
Follow all company health and safety procedures

Qualifications & Requirements:

Physically fit and capable of lifting 50 lbs regularly
Able to stand and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
Previous experience in painting, production, or manufacturing is an asset
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Team-oriented, punctual, and self-motivated
Must have reliable transportation no public transit available to our location
