What youll do:

  • Provide proactive, hands-on leadership across alloperational areas, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive substantial,profitable growth at local and regional levels.
  • Standardize and enhance operational processes to supportlong-term scalability and performance.
  • Oversee operational budgets, financial performance, andproduction metrics-adjusting to meet strategic goals.
  • Maintain project quality standards, ensuring all work iscompleted on time, within budget, and to specification.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop Project Managers, Field Managers,and other operational staff to achieve excellence.
  • Foster a culture of safety, collaboration, andaccountability across all teams.

What were looking for:

  • 10+ years of experience as a manager in the commercialmechanical construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including installation,maintenance, and repair.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solvingabilities.
  • Experience managing budgets, P&L, and operationalmetrics.
  • Familiarity with industry regulations and safety protocols.
  • HVAC licensing or certification preferred.
