WANTED --- Maintenance Person / Handy person / Renovations for FULL TIME Property Management and Investment Company, work "in house" with a properties private investor. We are located in Eustis with most properties in the Eustis- Mt Dora - Tavares area. MUST have you own basic tools AND Vehicle. We provide all your materials and supplies. Must be self-motivated, reliable and punctual. Basic maintenance repair of problems with tenants, homes or apartments in the general Mount Dora - Tavares - Eustis Area. Need to have a Valid Driver's License, have a working vehicle, We are looking to bring aboard a person who is experienced in multiple areas of repair and renovation and is looking for work 5 days a week 8-9 hours a day. Knowledge of the following is helpful BUT - BUT NOT not required : 1- Carpentry Work, be able to replace rotten wood, replace doors, base boards and other general wood carpentry work. 2- Drywall hanging and finishing. 3- Bathroom renovations including replacing tubs, showers and tile. 4- Plumbing install of toilet, faucets and sinks, hot water heater. 5- Install Kitchen Cabinets and Counter Tops. 6- Painting interior or exterior of buildings. 7- Pressure Washing. 8- Basic Electrical work, replacing plugs and switched and ceiling fans and light fixtures.. 9- Install blinds and other window treatments. 10- Floor Tile installation or repair. 11- Appliances installed and basic checking of appliances.
