Experienced Drywaller

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Drywall Hanger to join our team for work at MacDill AFB. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in drywall installation and finishing, as well as experience in related construction tasks. This role is essential for ensuring that our projects are completed to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
Responsibilities
Measure, cut, and fit drywall panels according to specifications.
Apply joint tape and compound to seams, ensuring a smooth finish.(Level 4 Finish)
Perform necessary repairs and touch-ups on drywall surfaces.
Collaborate with other construction professionals, including carpenters and remodelers, to complete projects efficiently.
Be able to identify mold and notify management for remediation efforts when necessary.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.
Requirements
Proven experience in drywall installation and finishing techniques.
Knowledge of related skills such as frame carpentry, door hanging, stucco application, plastering, masonry work, and remodeling is highly desirable.
and blueprints accurately is a plus.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.
Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods.
Valid driver's license must be required for transportation to job sites.
Must have work authorization to work on US Military Bases or be able to pass a background check to work on Base.
