Residential Superintendent $60K$120K/year Richland, WA (Full-Time

Cliff Thorn Construction is hiring an experienced Residential Superintendent to join our team in Richland, WA. This is a full-time position overseeing residential projects from start to finish, ensuring theyre completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Pay: $60,000 $120,000/year (DOE)

Responsibilities:

* Manage and oversee all phases of assigned residential construction projects
* Lead project teams, subcontractors, and laborers to meet deadlines and client expectations
* Maintain schedules and budgets, ensuring quality and safety standards are met
* Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any issues
* Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers
* Mentor and direct team members to drive results

Requirements:

* 3+ years of residential construction management experience
* Proven track record of successful project completion
* Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and building codes
* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects at once
* Proficiency with project management tools/software

Location: Must be able to commute to Richland, WA 99352 or relocate before starting.

Schedule: 8-hour shift, MondayFriday, in person.
