Civil Estimator

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with experience estimating Civil projects as well as business development and networking ability. You will be responsible for plan & spec review, take-off, entry into HCSS estimating software, final bid proposal to the customer, bid tracking and follow-up. Key qualifications and experience: Experience with Bluebeam or other take-off software Proficient with understanding Agtek take-off reports Skilled with HCSS Heavy Bid software Experience with MS Project preferred Understanding of earthwork and utility productions and units of measure Comprehensive understanding of plans and specifications Effective communication skills with owners, subcontractors, and suppliers Team player and able to connect with a close-knit team Detail oriented and ability to stay organized Degree in Construction Management preferred 5+ years earthwork estimating experience or highly referenced work history Sales experience preferred Benefits Employer paid medical, dental, vision and life insurance 401K and Roth retirement plans with generous company matching contributions Employee assistance program Paid holidays Paid Time Off Company vehicle or vehicle allowance $135K - $185K per year, depending on experience Company incentive plan availability Brand new, state of the art facility in Malby, WA.
