Job Overview:

CCS Construction Staffing is hiring Experienced Commercial Plumbers and 1 Helper for the rough-in phase of a new animal shelter project in Middleburg, FL. This is a high-visibility public project requiring dependable, skilled workers with prior commercial plumbing experience.

Work Scope Includes:

• Installing PVC, copper, and cast iron piping systems

• Supporting storm and sanitary drainage installations

• Setting fixtures and water heaters (later phases)

• Reading and following plumbing blueprints and layout drawings

• Performing all tasks during the rough-in stage with precision and safety

Requirements:

For Plumbers:

• 2+ years of commercial rough-in plumbing experience

• Ability to read prints and perform layout work

• Must have own hand tools and full PPE

For Helper:

• Prior experience assisting with commercial plumbing rough-in

• Ability to follow direction and support pipe installation and material handling

• Basic hand tools and full PPE required

For All Candidates:

• OSHA 10 preferred (certification assistance available)

• Reliable transportation

• Strong work ethic and ability to work with minimal supervision
