CONSTRUCTION CONSULTANT

Are you an analytical, selfmotivated individual ready to dive deep into details? We're looking for someone to thrive in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environmentworking alongside engineers, schedulers, architects, attorneys, and more.

What You'll Do:

• Conduct CPM scheduling, claims analysis, delay/disruption assessments, and cost impact evaluations
• Review contract language, plans, specifications, and documentation to inform client solutions
• Draft expert reports, presentations, and technical deliverables
• Support litigation, dispute resolution, project management oversight, and specification writing
• Contribute to client presentations and train internal/external stakeholders

What You Bring:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or similar field
• 4+ years of relevant experience
• Strong writing, critical thinking, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with CPM scheduling and ability to interpret technical documents
