Owners Rep Project Manager

Project Manager Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to serve as the primary liaison between the owner and all project stakeholders, including engineers, contractors, and consultants. This role involves managing all phases of construction projects from planning through to closeout, developing and maintaining project budgets, schedules, and scopes of work, handling contract negotiations, and coordinating permitting and inspections. Responsibilities Act as the primary liaison between the owner and all project stakeholders, including engineers, contractors, and consultants. Manage all phases of construction projects: planning, design, procurement, construction, and closeout. Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and scopes of work. Handle contract negotiations and vendor selection. Report meeting minutes. Coordinate permitting, inspections, and occupancy requirements. Identify and mitigate risks, resolve conflicts, and maintain project momentum. Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards. Essential Skills Project management Construction management Commercial construction Owner's Rep experience Experience managing commercial projects Utility background Change order Estimation Electrical Mechanical Additional Skills & Qualifications 6+ years experience in construction/project management (2+ years of Owner's Rep experience) Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously Strong communication skills (verbal and written) Proficient with Procore or MS Project and familiar with Teams PMP and NERC CIP certification (is a plus) Work Environment The Project Manager will report to the Ken Square location, overseeing projects within a 250,000 sqft facility.
