Job Description

Infinity Pools is seeking a hands-on Pool Construction Superintendent to oversee pool construction projects from start to finish. Prior construction experience is required, but specific pool building experience is not necessary. This role involves daily site supervision, team coordination, client communication, and upholding the highest standards of craftsmanship. A company truck will be provided for reliable commuting from your home to Sun Valley and other job sites across the valley.

• Project Manager: Plan, schedule, and oversee all phases of construction, ensuring timely and budget-conscious execution.
• Site Boss: Enforce safety protocols and maintain jobsite quality and efficiency.
• Team Captain: Lead and motivate crews, ensuring collaboration and problem-solving to keep work progressing.
• Client Champion: Maintain strong client relationships and provide consistent, clear communication.
• Stickler for Detail: Ensure every construction detail meets Infinity Pools uncompromising quality standards.
• Organization: Manage essential paperwork such as contracts, permits, and daily logs.
• Travel: Occasional travel may be required up to 25% of the time.
