Our company is hiring!! Exact Excavation is located in beautiful Park City and Salt Lake City We are in the business of digging all custom homes and commercial projects. Each project is challenging in its uniqueness and rewarding when the project gets finished. We are looking for an experienced heavy equipment operator. We are looking for individuals that has experience in excavation, grading, building of rock walls, installing utilities, and other skills required for custom home and commercial projects. We would like to find an individual who has a minimum of 3-4 years experience in operating track hoes, mini excavators, skid steers, loaders, and other pieces of equipment. Our work is year round, so being reliable, dependable and responsible is a must. We offer excellent pay, vacation, holiday pay, 401k, overtime, and of course health insurance. Responsibilities

Maintain a safe work environment

Work a minimum of 40+ hours per week

Operate heavy equipment in an efficient, effective and safely

Communicate with superintendents, project managers and employees

Read and understand footing blue prints

Qualifications

3-4 years heavy equipment operator

Must have a clean driving record.

Understanding and reading blue prints.

Pass a drug test
