Architectural Drafter

We need your help to create precise technical drawings and plans, including floor plans, elevations, and construction details, using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit). Working closely with our designers and engineers, you will ensure designs meet project specifications, building codes, and client expectations while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Pay is D.O.E.

Produce detailed architectural drawings (floor plans, elevations, sections, and details) using CAD software such as AutoCAD and Revit. (Mostly Revit)

Collaborate with architectural designers and engineers to ensure designs comply with project requirements and building codes.

Update and revise drawings based as needed.

Prepare construction documents.

Conduct occasional site visits to verify measurements or project details.

Maintain accurate and organized project files.

We prefer an Associates degree, certificate, or equivalent training in architectural drafting using Revit. Additional experience will be considered in lieu of degree.

2+ years of experience as an architectural drafter or similar role.

Proficiency in Revit (knowledge of AutoCad is a bonus).

Strong knowledge of building codes, construction techniques, and architectural standards.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in producing technical drawings.

Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred: Experience with 3D modeling (e.g., SketchUp, Rhino, 3ds Max) and rendering software. We currently use Lumion.
