Compensation: $40 to $50+ / hour (DOE - Depending on proven experience)

Established Bozeman-based residential building company is seeking skilled, reliable Independent Contractor Carpenters for high-end residential projects. Required Qualifications & Compliance:
To be considered for this contract work, you **must** meet the following Montana regulatory and professional criteria:

Business Status: Must operate as an independent business entity (1099 basis).
Workers' Compensation: Must provide proof of an active Montana Independent Contractor Exemption Certificate (ICEC) OR a valid, self-elected Workers' Compensation Insurance policy.
Transport: Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Experience: Proven experience in residential carpentry (framing, exterior trim, or high-end interior finish work). Pay is directly tied to your skill level and autonomy on site.
