Job Responsibilities Collect daily project updates from field leadership
Validate project updates related to safety, progress, staffing, and issues
Distribute daily project updates for internal and customer use
Maintain daily and weekly project dashboards, trackers, and status reports
Assist with customer invoice preparation and submission
Support project budgeting, cost tracking, and forecasting activities
Assist with project schedule updates and execution tracking
Coordinate project information with field supervisors, technicians, engineering, logistics, and subcontractors
Prepare materials for kickoff meetings
Support execution reviews
Support project closeout activities
