We need an expert with a high school diploma, 5-10 years of civil/building estimating experience, and software proficiency (in Sage, MII, and BlueBeam) to drive project success.

responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive capital cost estimates by reviewing scope documents, building work breakdown structures, and calculating complete scope take-offs.
- Review and validate contractor proposals, statements of work, and project change orders across various procurement types.
- Interface directly with external clients to present capital costs and actively participate in essential project meetings.
- Maintain highly organized project records and logs while collaborating with a knowledgeable team to consistently meet deadlines.
