Handyman / Construction Technician

We are seeking a dependable, skilled, and motivated Handyman / Construction Technician to join our team. This position includes a variety of residential repair, maintenance, and light construction projects in occupied homes and properties.

The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, respectful in customer homes, and experienced in both everyday household repairs and general construction tasks.

Responsibilities

Perform general home repairs and maintenance
Troubleshoot and complete in-home service calls
Install and repair fixtures, hardware, trim, doors, and cabinetry
Complete drywall patching, painting touch-ups, and minor texture work
Assist with flooring, tile, and finish carpentry projects
Perform light plumbing and electrical repairs (non-licensed work only)
Assemble and install shelving, furniture, blinds, and home accessories
Complete punch-list items and property maintenance tasks
Maintain clean and organized job sites
Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members
Safely operate tools and equipment

Qualifications

Previous handyman, construction, remodeling, or maintenance experience preferred
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Comfortable working independently and managing time efficiently
Basic knowledge of residential construction practices
Ability to lift and carry materials and work on ladders when needed
Reliable transportation and valid drivers license required
Must be dependable, trustworthy, and professional in customer homes
Legal to work in United States
