Lead Carpenter

We are looking for a Lead Carpenter in the Big Lake area. Need someone skilled in framing and the general process of construction. This person will need to be able to lead 2 to 3 men to construct many different structures from homes, to shops and decks. This person needs to have a positive attitude and be self motivated to complete the tasks at hand in a timely manner with a focus on quality. We are a family based business in Big Lake. We are currently working a 4-10 schedule and do go year round. 7-5 schedule. Pay is based on experience and work ethic.
