As a Residential/Commercial Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of residential construction projects. You will work closely with contractors, architects, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet all specifications. Client Details Our client is a leading general contractor and development firm based in Buffalo, New York, specializing in residential/commercial projects. With a strong track record of successful developments and a commitment to quality craftsmanship, we are looking to add an experienced Residential Project Manager to our team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the city's residential landscape while working in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Description Lead and manage multiple residential/commercial construction projects from start to finish. Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met. Manage project budgets and track expenses to ensure the project stays within financial constraints. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and vendors, ensuring quality work and compliance with safety regulations. Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates on progress and addressing any concerns or changes. Review and approve project designs, plans, and permits to ensure compliance with local codes and regulations. Resolve any issues that may arise during construction, providing timely solutions. Ensure all safety standards and regulations are strictly followed throughout the project lifecycle. Provide leadership and direction to project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Profile 5 years of experience in residential construction project management. 3 years working with General Contractor Proven track record of successfully managing residential projects from inception to completion. Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and safety standards. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
