Trillium Construction is hiring for an Estimator specializing in the manufacturing and construction of industrial tanks in St. Paul, MN! The Estimator will be responsible for analyzing project specifications, blueprints, and requirements to provide accurate cost estimates for industrial tank projects. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical skills and the ability to work closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure cost-effective project planning and execution. Duties: -Review and analyze project drawings, specifications, and contract documents to prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for industrial tank manufacturing and construction projects. -Provide accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and subcontracted services required for tank construction, from design to completion. -Collaborate with engineers, designers, and project managers to ensure that estimates align with project requirements, design specifications, and safety standards -Identify cost-saving opportunities and suggest alternative approaches or materials without compromising quality or safety. -Work with vendors and suppliers to gather quotes for materials and services, ensuring the best possible pricing Compensation: -Annual salary of $100,000, or higher depending on experience -M/D/V and premium split for the entire package -PTO -401k with match Apply now! Qualifications: -Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. -At least 3-5 years of experience as an Estimator , with a focus on industrial tank manufacturing and construction or a related field. -Strong understanding of industrial tank design, materials, fabrication processes, and construction methods. -Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite. -Excellent analytical and mathematical skills, with the ability to analyze complex blueprints and specifications. -Experience with CAD software and a working knowledge of tank design specifications and industry standards.
