Job Description
- We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to work with a long-term contract in the educational sector.
- This role involves managing construction projects for Rochester City Schools, with 5-10 years of backlog.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee construction projects within the K-12 education sector.
- Handle extensive paperwork related to project documentation and compliance.
- Collaborate with other project managers and work closely with technical teams using construction software.
- Coordinate with external engineering teams to ensure project milestones are met.
Essential Skills
- 10+ years of experience in project management, particularly within the K-12 education sector.
- Proficiency in construction and construction management.
- Strong program management skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Tech-savvy with experience in software similar to Procore.
- Ability to work effectively in a satellite office environment.
Work Environment
- This role is based onsite near Carlson Comedy Club or Radio Social, within a shared office space alongside other project managers.
- The office environment is collaborative, with daily interactions with team members and external partners.
- Dress code is business casual.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $60.00/hr.
