JOB REQUIREMENTS: GENERAL DESCRIPTION The Engineering Supervisor plays a
critical role in leading and managing a team of engineers to
successfully design, develop, and deliver high-quality precast concrete
structures. This role involves overseeing the technical aspects of the
team\'s work, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and
fostering a collaborative and innovative engineering culture. In
addition to leadership responsibilities, the Engineering Supervisor will
design precast structures and oversee all aspects of projects to ensure

issues, and implement department policies and procedures. Coordinate
