JOB REQUIREMENTS: GENERAL DESCRIPTION The Engineering Supervisor plays a

critical role in leading and managing a team of engineers to

successfully design, develop, and deliver high-quality precast concrete

structures. This role involves overseeing the technical aspects of the

team\'s work, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and

fostering a collaborative and innovative engineering culture. In

addition to leadership responsibilities, the Engineering Supervisor will

design precast structures and oversee all aspects of projects to ensure

RESPONSIBILITIES Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of

Engineers. Set clear expectations, provide regular feedback, and conduct

performance evaluations. Foster a positive and productive team

environment that encourages collaboration, learning, and growth.

Discipline and maintain employee relations in the Engineering

department. Assist Management and HR with staffing needs, personnel

issues, and implement department policies and procedures. Coordinate

employee work schedules with other supervisors within the D+E

department. Projects and Design: Review calculations and drawings to

ensure they are satisfactory to stamp as appropriate. Ensures safe
