Electricians and General Construction contractors (se habla espanol)

We are a small but growing general contractor. We have steady and consistent work and can bring in more with the right people to help us BUILD. 40-50+ hours a week as needed.

The projects we work on are Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, Remodel and General construction.

EXPERIENCE LEVEL: - Need to show at least 2 years of trade experience with pictures of some of the work you have done. Obviously guys with more years of experience will be moved to the front of the line HOWEVER... WE HIRE BASED ON CHARACTER AND WORK ETHIC.

We could care less if you have 10 years of experience but are unstable, unreliable, bring drama to work. please don't reply to the ad if you have a history of this.

We provide a very smooth and peaceful work culture. We come to work and work hard, drama free and we leave work at work so we can take care of our homes and families.

*Requirements*

-Must have drivers license, reliable transportation and trade tools.
-Have a cell phone (will pay your cell bill if you fit with us)
-Be able to read and write - Bilingual is major PLUS! (Hablamos Espanol)
-Good work ethic
-Adaptable - Can work in multiple different environments weekly
Well groomed (Customer Service and presentation is a huge part of our business)
-Punctual and reliable
-Show profiency in one or multiple trades.

Pay scale starts at $22/HR and moves up based on reliability and experience. We work on an hourly+ piece pay scale meaning...The more money you can make the company, THE MORE MONEY YOU MAKE.
