Pool Construction Equipment Operator

Were hiring an experienced Equipment Operator to join our pool construction team at SLEEPY HOLLOW POOLS.
If you have plumbing skills, excavation experience, and a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you. We service the greater Louisville areas as well as the counties of Oldham, Shelby, Franklin, & Spencer.

Responsibilities:

Operate skid steers and other equipment for new pool construction

Excavate, trench, and grade residential job sites

Assist with plumbing installation for pool systems

Maintain a clean and safe job site

Work as part of a team and independently to meet project deadlines

Requirements:

Experience with excavation and skid steer operation

Basic to advanced plumbing experience (pool plumbing a plus)

Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills

Must be dependable, punctual, and physically fit for outdoor work

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior pool construction experience

CDL or relevant certifications

Ability to read dig sheets
