The Supply Planning team is seeking a highly organized and analytical Master Scheduler to their team. This role plays a key part in translating demand signals into executable garment supply plans that align with inventory targets and sales forecasts. Working closely under the guidance of the Supply Product Lead, the Master Scheduler collaborates across business units to ensure that capacity, materials, and lead time constraints are proactively managed in support of our financial and operational goals.

Jockey is seeking a Master Scheduler to join our Supply Planning team.
JOB SUMMARY
The Sample Team Coordinator will oversee the Coordination of all wear tests as well as the sample sewing, processing and inventories. They will also assist with PLM Maintenance.
This position is located at our corporate headquarters in Kenosha, WI (between Chicago, IL and Milwaukee, WI area).
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Develop, manage, and publish supply schedules that align inventory availability with sales demand, product launches, and financial targets.
Partner with sourcing, production, and vendor teams to evaluate and balance capacity constraints across multiple factories, seasons, and programs.
- Coordinate with product managers and sourcing partners to ensure timely completion of finished good orders
Maintain master data related to planning attributes, lead times, MOQ, and calendar dates in ERP/MRP systems to ensure accurate plan generation.
Support scenario modeling for shifts in demand, delays, or capacity challenges to make recommendations that minimize risk and preserve service levels.
Work closely with demand planning, business units, and finance to align supply plans with evolving business needs.
Track performance indicators such as on-time supply readiness, service level adherence, and excess inventory risk.
Recommend and help implement improvements to scheduling processes, tools, and planning calendars to enhance accuracy and responsiveness.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or related field. Considerations will be made with the right experience.
5+ years in supply planning or scheduling within the garment, apparel, or textile industry; experience working with global sourcing and seasonal calendars preferred.
Strong proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (e.g., D365, SAP, Oracle, Blue Yonder) and Excel-based planning tools. Understanding of planning modules and master scheduling functions.
Solid grasp of supply chain principles including lead times, safety stock, demand variability, and sourcing constraints.
Strong quantitative and analytical skills to evaluate large datasets, identify trends, and create actionable planning solutions.
