We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Custom Cabinet Fabricator to join our team. This role involves crafting high-quality, custom cabinetry from start to finish, including interpreting design plans, handling materials, operating woodworking machinery, and finishing and assembling finished products. The ideal candidate is passionate about craftsmanship, takes pride in precision, and thrives in a collaborative shop environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and specifications
- Measure, cut, and assemble wood and composite materials for custom cabinets
- Operate woodworking tools and machinery (e.g., table saws, routers, edge banders, CNC equipment)
- Perform sanding, finishing, and hardware installation
- Ensure quality control throughout fabrication and assembly
- Collaborate with designers, installers, and project managers to meet deadlines and specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Follow safety protocols and shop procedures

Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to lift and move heavy materials
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training a plus
Not required, but a plus:
- Experience in cabinet fabrication or woodworking (2+ years preferred)
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and measurements
- Familiarity with materials such as plywood, MDF, hardwoods, and laminates
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Experience with CNC programming or operation
- Knowledge of SketchUp or other design software
- Understanding of shop workflow optimization
- Ability to fabricate specialty pieces (e.g., curved panels, integrated lighting)
