Fabricator/Welder Details:
Temp-to-Hire position
$22.00 to $25.00 /hour
Full Time work available
First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm)
Fabricate metal components using hand tools, power tools, and industrial equipment.
Interpret and work from blueprints, drawings, and technical instructions.
Perform MIG, TIG, and/or Arc welding on steel materials.
Measure and mark materials for cutting and assembly
Operate cutting, forming, and welding machinery such as shears, brakes, grinders, and saws.
Inspect and test welded surfaces and structures to ensure quality and conformance to specifications.
Assemble parts using bolts, clamps, and tack welding prior to final welding.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment and adhere to all safety standards.
Perform routine maintenance on fabrication equipment
Fabricator/Welder Qualifications:
2+ years of fabrication and welding experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or construction setting.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and welding symbols.
Ability to use measuring tools (tape measure, calipers, etc.) accurately.
Experience with MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding techniques.
Familiarity with fabrication tools such as grinders, drills, and cutting torches.
Strong attention to detail and quality.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
